Postage and shipping:

We aim to deliver all orders within 24hrs.

For UK customers orders are shipped via Royal Mail with standard delivery (3-5 days) 

International customers orders are shipped via Royal Mail with standard delivery (7-14 days)

Please ensure your items are ordered within a necessary timeframe to avoid disappointment.

Tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. If there are any concerns with tracking you will have to contact Royal Mail Courier service 

Refunds:

For refunds please email us with your order number, name and email and the issue; we will then determine whether to go forward with your enquiry. Unless the refund enquiry has to do with the item received at a faulty condition, the item must be returned in re-sellable condition (No stains, no scratches, No visibly forced damages). If your refund enquiry is accepted you will be provided with the refund address to ship the item back to.

All customers must cover their own shipping for returns and will take up to 7 days to be process once received.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service.
