Postage and shipping:

We aim to ship all orders every Monday (exc. bank holidays)

For UK customers orders are shipped via Royal Mail with standard delivery (3-5 days) 

International customers orders are shipped via Royal Mail with standard delivery (7-14 days)

Please ensure your items are ordered within a necessary timeframe to avoid disappointment.

Tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. 

We strive to ensure every customer loves their purchase but if something isn’t right…

Refunds:

For refunds please email us with your order number, name and email and the issue within 14 days for domestic orders and 30 days for international orders; we will then determine whether to go forward with your enquiry. Unless the refund enquiry has to do with the item received at a faulty condition, the item must be returned in re-sellable condition (No stains, no scratches, intentional damage or misuse). If your refund enquiry is accepted you will be provided with the shipping label to return the item to. All items must be returned in its original packaging.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges.

Please note the following are an exception to our refund policy:

• Discounted and discontinued items.
• Items returned with stains, scratches, intentional damages and misuse. 
• Items must be returned with original packaging.
